A warm embrace from the staff

The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable with a lovely coffee machine that made mornings special. Dining in the cozy bar was a treat, with rich flavors and friendly service enhancing our experience.

Unfortunately, the hotel is showing signs of age, and our bathroom felt cramped and dated compared to the rest of the facilities. It was disappointing to deal with such minor inconveniences during our stay.

the bathroom was dated—cracked sink and a musty smell, how charming. strangely, I was told I couldn’t even grab a drink at the bar, what a thrill! certainly, I expected a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences but alas, my pleas went unheeded. I almost gave a good review, but truly—who does that?

Lighting in the rooms is far too dim for comfort!!! Upgrading the old, musty carpets and fixing the machine in the women's toilets would elevate the experience immensely!!!

i had a great time at riverbank house hotel, super friendly staff who really made me feel welcome. the double room was clean n comfy, just what i needed after travel. breakfast was delish, lots of options and the atmosphere was chill. i also loved how the place is right by the river, gave it such a nice vibe. overall a lovely stay and i would def come back.

my recent stay in ferrybank was great, the staff made me feel at home and the food was consistently excellent, especially the eggs benedict with salmon. my room was comfortable and the views from the restaurant were stunning, making meals enjoyable. breakfast had a good variety—including freshly baked options.
